Geometry From The Sun (GFTS) is a personal daily sunrise practice by Dave, documenting each morning from the Sunshine Coast, Australia. GFTS began as a personal practice — waking before dawn, watching the horizon, and finding stillness in those quiet moments before the world woke up.

What started as a way to reconnect with clarity slowly became something deeper: a daily reminder that everything in life, like the sunrise, follows rhythm, balance, and renewal.

I began sketching the geometry I saw reflected in nature — the spirals, the symmetry, the invisible order within the chaos. Over time, those drawings and photographs merged into what GFTS is today: a living expression of how art, science, and spirit can meet in a single moment of light.

Each sunrise you see here is real — captured from the beaches of the Sunshine Coast. Each design is drawn by hand, created to remind us that clarity and connection are always within reach.

Each sunrise is preserved as a raw, high-resolution photograph - a quiet record of light as it appeared on that day.

Access to the archive is available through optional support, helping sustain the daily practice.

2. Apparel & Physical Pieces
Print-on-demand shirts, hoodies, long sleeves, totes, and wall art, featuring selected sunrise moments and sacred geometry designs.
All apparel is produced through our print partner, Printful.

What is the Living Sunrise Archive?

The Living Sunrise Archive is a continuously growing collection of raw sunrise images, captured daily as part of a personal and ongoing ritual.

It is not a curated “best of” gallery - it is a living record of presence, repetition, and light over time.

New sunrises are added regularly.

How do I access the Living Sunrise Archive?

After supporting the archive, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions and a private access link to the archive.

The archive is currently hosted securely via Google Drive for reliability and ease of access.

You can return to it at any time.

Are the sunrise images edited or optimised?

The archive contains raw, high-resolution images as captured.

They are not optimised for specific devices or altered into themed moods - the intent is preservation rather than enhancement.

You’re welcome to use them personally as wallpapers, reference images, or quiet moments of reflection.

Can I download and keep the images?

Yes. Once you have access, you may download and store images for personal use.

You’re free to revisit or download past sunrises whenever you like.
