Shipping policy

At Geometry From The Sun (GFTS), each creation is made with care and intention — printed, packed, and shipped through our trusted fulfilment partner Printful to ensure consistent quality and mindful production.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed, produced, and delivered.


1. Order Processing & Fulfilment

Made-to-Order Production

All physical items — including apparel, accessories, wall art, and prints — are made to order.
This approach reduces overproduction and supports sustainable, intentional creation aligned with our ethos of living lightly.

  • Fulfilment time (standard): 2–5 business days
  • During peak seasons: Up to 10 business days

You’ll receive:

  • an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and
  • a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all physical orders.

Shipping rates are included in your purchase price — there are no hidden or surprise costs at checkout.
All orders are shipped with tracked delivery through Printful’s partnered couriers (such as Australia Post, USPS, DHL, or local equivalents).

Because Printful operates multiple fulfilment centres globally (Australia, the US, EU, and UK), your order will be automatically routed to the facility closest to your delivery address to reduce both cost and carbon footprint.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Destination Estimated Delivery (after fulfilment)
Australia 5–10 business days
New Zealand 7–14 business days
United States / Canada 8–15 business days
Europe / United Kingdom 8–17 business days
Rest of World 14–28 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs, seasonal demand, or courier delays.


4. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
You can track your parcel through that link or directly through your courier’s website.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking data to update after dispatch.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order if you’re unsure about potential costs.


6. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order appears delayed or lost:

  1. Review the courier tracking link.
  2. Contact the courier for an update.
  3. If unresolved after 10 business days, email us at geometryfromthesun@gmail.com, and we’ll assist by contacting Printful on your behalf.

While courier delays are outside our direct control once an item is in transit, we’ll always do our best to help locate your order.


7. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly during checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
If you realise a mistake shortly after ordering, contact us immediately — we may still be able to update the address before fulfilment begins.


8. Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages if different items are produced at separate Printful facilities.
Each package will have its own tracking number provided via email.


9. Returns & Re-Deliveries

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or customs refusal:

  • We’ll notify you once it’s received back at the fulfilment centre.
  • You can choose to have it re-shipped (additional postage may apply).
  • Refunds for unclaimed or refused parcels are handled on a case-by-case basis and exclude original fulfilment costs.

10. Pre-Orders or Back-Orders

If a product is listed as pre-order or temporarily out of stock, estimated fulfilment timelines will be displayed on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be split into separate shipments to prevent delays.
