What if there’s an issue with my order?

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 14 days and a free replacement will be arranged. Please include photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is custom made, returns and exchanges aren’t available for reasons such as change of mind or ordering the wrong size.
