Opening Statement – Our Origins

In my late teens and early twenties, after a deeply traumatic experience, I was forced to examine the trajectory of my life - to take full responsibility for my choices and the person I was becoming. Through drawing sacred geometry and studying Hermetic philosophy, I began aligning my mind with spirit - cultivating order in thought and harmony in perception.

At the same time, daily sunrises and a conscious return to healthy living reconnected me to my body - to rhythm, light, and breath. In that stillness before dawn, I found the balance between inner and outer worlds.

The truth that now drives everything I create is simple: when we are present, mindful, and grateful, we show up as our best self - ready for whatever the day may bring.
Watching the sunrise each morning fortifies that presence. It’s a meditation that roots the mind in gratitude, synchronising thought, breath, and biology with the rhythm of the Earth.

The Vision

We believe that every sunrise is unique - a reflection of the uniqueness inherent in all individuals. No two dawns unfold in the same way, just as no two lives express the same geometry of being.

Our vision is to help people reconnect to the Earth, to themselves, and to the quiet intelligence woven through both. Through Sacred Sunrise Geometry, we aim to facilitate presence, gratitude, and natural circadian alignment - reminders that we are designed to rise and rest with the cycles of light that have guided humanity since the beginning.

The Philosophy

SACRED GEOMETRY

Sacred geometry models the process of creation itself. Every form arises through the union of masculine (straight lines) and feminine (curved lines) - the dance between structure and flow that gives birth to life. This principle mirrors the 7th Hermetic principle of Gender, which teaches that all creation requires the balance of these polarities in harmony.

HERMETIC PHILOSOPHY

The Hermetic Principles offer a timeless framework through which the universe may be understood. These seven laws - Mentalism, Correspondence, Vibration, Polarity, Rhythm, Cause and Effect, and Gender - form the foundation of GFTS. They are the theoretical roots through which both art and life are interpreted.

THE TAO

The Tao Te Ching complements Hermetic thought, embodying the middle way - a path between extremes that values humility, balance, and harmony. Where Hermeticism offers the principles of understanding, the Tao offers the way of living. Together, they form a bridge between intellect and intuition, between knowing and being.

THE SCIENTIFIC PYRMAID

Just as sacred geometry unites opposites into wholeness, GFTS explores the relationship between the measurable and the immeasurable - between science and spirit. At the base of The Scientific Pyramid, resides mathematics. From its capacity to model the growth of life in the direction of spirit according to Fibonacci ratios oscillating Phi, to modelling the fundamental forces of our universe, mathematics bridges the masculine scientific pyramid with the feminine waters of creation that reflect the same. Built upon mathematics is physics, upon physics is chemistry, upon chemistry is biology, and upon biology is psychology. The respective creative reflections of each are as follows: music, art, culture, philosophy.  These domains reflect one another like mirrors in the waters of creation, reminding us that art and science are two languages describing the same truth.

THE SUNRISE AS PRACTICE

The sunrise is our daily altar - a practice of gratitude, presence, and mindfulness. It reminds us that renewal is not occasional but continuous. Each dawn is a new opportunity to begin again, to create from clarity, and to align with the natural rhythm that sustains all life.

The Practice

Every day, I wake 90 minutes before the sunrise - 3 am in summer, 4 am in winter. I make the 30-minute journey to the horizon, arriving in the dark silence that precedes light. While recording the sunrise, I meditate - anchoring in gratitude, mindfulness, and stillness as the world begins to glow.

After sunrise, I return home to edit and share the captured moment - transforming the experience into art, videos, and products that carry the same energy forward. Then I begin my morning routine: Prana Vayu and EQR breathwork, Surya Namaskar, a light workout and a clean space to mirror a clear mind.

My afternoons are spent tutoring, guiding others to see the patterns and connections that unite science and life. In spare moments, I return to geometry - drawing, reflecting, and tending to the inner landscape.

Through daily repetition, we become what we repeatedly do. Ritual forms identity. By rising with the sun, we are not just witnessing nature’s rhythm - we are remembering our own. Human biology has not evolved nearly as fast as our lifestyles over the last 150 years. To live in alignment with light, movement, and stillness is to live as we were designed to - present, grounded, and in rhythm with the universe that birthed us.

The Expression

Geometry From The Sun is how this rhythm takes form. Each sunrise becomes a translation of the unseen - the merging of art, science, and consciousness. Through digital wallpapers, apparel, and videos, every piece carries the same essence: a moment of stillness transformed into something tangible.

These creations are more than products; they are reminders - that beauty is not manufactured but witnessed, that light returns each day, and that presence is a practice we can wear, display, and live.

The Movement
